Why sell my artwork on Arts & Flair?

Arts & Flair’s website has visitors and its newsletter has subscribers from all over the world. That is, you will have access to an art-loving audience that most probably you have not yet reached. Plus, you will have full control of your artworks in terms of choosing what to display, for how long and at which price.

What do I have to do to sell my artworks on Arts & Flair?

Please send us a brief description of what you do, together with links to your own website, and to ones that display your artworks in an email to support@artsandflair.com. While we are doing our best to respond as soon as possible, it may take up to two weeks for you receive a response from Arts & Flair.

Do you reject an artist’s application as a whole or a previously accepted artist’s particular artwork?

Unfortunately, we might do this due to a variety of reasons. For example:

  • The artist is a minor (not at 18 years of age).
  • The artist’s own description is either left blank or is too vague.
  • The submitted digital photos are of bad quality and/or are considered to be prohibited content as explained in "Artist Agreement" 
  • There is a price discrepancy of the same artwork between other sites.
  • Arts & Flair is not able to verify the artist’s identity.

If my application is accepted, will I have to upload my information and my art to Arts & Flair website?

No, the first upload and any modifications that you may want to do in the future will be done by us. All you need to do is to fill the relevant forms that we will provide you and send them to us.

How will shipping work?

Packaging and shipments are the artists’ responsibility. Arts & Flair provides information for the artists to calculate shipment costs realistically.  

When and how will I receive my payment?

Artists are entitled to payments:

  • After 3 business days following the customer confirms that the artwork has been delivered in good condition.
  • In any case, after the artist’s invoice has been received by Arts & Flair.

Payments are processed in two rounds every week: Tuesday and Thursday.

Payments can be made via any means the artist chooses and notifies Arts & Flair of. Requests for changes in the payment method are to be done using the same form. Any transfer expenses are deducted from the payment amount.

Can buyers commission artworks on Arts & Flair?

Definitely! As soon as we receive a request from a client, we will be in touch with you.

Who is responsible for artwork’s rights?

It is the artist’s sole responsibility. By sending an artwork to Arts & Flair, the artist warrants that he/she has obtained all clearances and acknowledges that he/she shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses related to third party rights necessary for display and sale of this artwork by Arts & Flair.

The artist also warrants this artwork does not violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, intellectual property rights or result in a violation of any law or regulation.
